At Ravenscroft, each of our clients is important to us. We believe you have the right to a fair, swift and courteous service at all times. If you ever need to make a complaint, it is sometimes the case that simple mistakes or misunderstandings have caused an issue and, while not seeking to reduce your rights under our Complaints Policy, we suggest that you first discuss the problem with your primary Ravenscroft contact in the Channel Islands. If you do not believe that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved at this stage and you wish to complain, please send it for the attention of the Compliance team at the Channel Islands’ office where your account is maintained.
