Sophie joined Ravenscroft in August 2014 as Personal Assistant to the Group CEO, Jon Ravenscroft. In addition to this role, Sophie is also part of the Client Services team, whose remit is to ensure that clients receive the highest possible level of service at all times.
Her background in hospitality and customer service roles means that she has extensive experience in ensuring that client experience is a top priority. Sophie also assists with the organisation and administration of corporate and internal events.
Sophie was educated at King Henry VIII School, South Wales before obtaining her degree in Sports Conditioning Rehabilitation and Massage at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff. She also holds a Diploma in Executive Secretarial and PA skills.

Sophie ran, cycled and kayaked 105 miles over the hills & terrain of Scotland in the Rat Race Coast to Coast challenge raising money for Cancer research UK.
