Sam holds a BSc (Honours) in Economics and Mathematical Sciences from the Open University. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has completed the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification, the Islamic Finance Qualification and the CFA’s Investment Management Diploma. Sam is also a qualified accountant having completed his ACCA qualification with Ravenscroft.
He spends the majority of his time doing fundamental equity research, working as part of the team who select the stocks that make up the Ravenscroft Global Blue Chip Fund.
Fun fact:
Prior to starting his career in finance, Sam spent a season in Whistler training as a snowboard instructor.
