Jason was appointed Group Head of Human Resources in August 2017 after joining Ravenscroft the previous year.
Before working in the financial sector, Jason spent 24 years with the Guernsey Cricket Board in Sport Development.
Jason is a qualified Human Resources CIPD professional and is a standing member of the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal on behalf of the States of Guernsey. He has also been an active member and chair of the Child Youth and Community Tribunal since 2018.
Fun fact:
Jason has a couple of vintage Vespa scooters and thinks nothing of riding hundreds of miles to international rallies on what is essentially an old shopping bike!
