Alex joined Ravenscroft in 2024 as a portfolio manager within the discretionary investment team, following several years of experience as an analyst at Asset Risk Consultants and at other financial organisations. In his current role, Alex is responsible for enhancing client relationships, which includes providing performance updates, assessing suitability, conducting research, and otherwise managing day-to-day client servicing.
Educated at the Guernsey Grammar School, Alex went on to study Business at the University of Exeter, where he also completed a one-year economics programme at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Alex holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and is currently working towards the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.
Outside of work, Alex has developed a passion for padel and can often be found trying to improve his game at the Guernsey Tennis Centre. Always up for a challenge, he has tried everything from white-collar boxing to rocking out in the local Battle of the Bands competition; whatever the activity Alex is always keen to try something new.
