The fund operations administrator will work as part of the Guernsey-based portfolio management team, acting as the contact between the investment teams and the fund service providers. This will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of two fund structures.
You will run pre-trade compliance checks, NAV reconciliations and cash balance checks. You will also have an oversight of fund subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions.
It would be desirable, but not essential, to have fund admin experience.
Other attributes include a keen attention to detail alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
