The programme runs over two years, during which you will have the opportunity to apply for internal positions as they become available whilst continuing your study and development.
As part of your primary role in the Ravenscroft Academy, you will develop a sound knowledge of our data management system opening new accounts, client account administration, assisting with regulatory reviews and trade reporting. You will be involved with internal project work and assisting other teams with data-related tasks and and duties. You might also look at settling trades, sending out contract notes to clients and inputting payments.
We also aim to give you a broad spectrum of experience across the whole organisation with a view to taking the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) and then moving onto a qualification of your choice at a higher level. This could lead you into different sectors of the business such as advisory investment service, discretionary investment management or precious metals.
